The National Survey of Trainers 2007 summary report has been published (pdf)

PMETB was pleased with the response from GPs and thanked:

About the 2007 Trainer Survey

The National Survey of Trainers 2007/8 was developed with reference to the PMETB Standards for Trainers. Important point to note: Standards for trainers is now no longer available as it has been replaced by the revised Generic standards for specialty including GP training.

The survey was developed in consultation with the Information Centre for Health and Social Care who considered the data collection to be useful and reasonable.

PMETB commissioned researchers from Northern Deanery and National Education Scotland to evaluate the face validity of the survey.  View the report (pdf).

London Deanery kindly piloted the administration of the survey in December 2007.
