Employer Liaison Service

We launched our new employer liaison service at the start of 2012. Our team of 15 employer liaison advisers (ELAs) cover the whole of the UK and work closely with responsible officers to:

  • help medical managers deal with performance or conduct concerns about doctors including advising on when to refer a concern to the GMC
  • advise on professional issues, including revalidation
