Regulating doctors, ensuring good medical practice

Local help services

Scotland

If you would like help or support in making a complaint about the NHS, you can contact the Patient Advice and Support Service (PASS).

PASS is provided by the Scottish Citizens Advice Bureaux Service and can be accessed from any of the 81 bureaux and 250 bureaux outreach throughout Scotland.

In order to get in touch with PASS, the first step is to find the Citizens Advice Bureau that is closest to you. You can find contact details of your nearest bureau at www.cas.org.uk or in your local phone book.
