6. He must keep his professional commitments under review and limit his medical practice in accordance with the recommendations of the person(s) advising the GMC in relation to his fitness to practise.
7. He must cease work immediately if the person(s) advising the GMC in relation to his fitness to practise recommend that he does so.
8. He must inform the following parties that his registration is subject to the conditions, listed at (1) to (7), above:
   1. Any organisation or person employing or contracting with him to undertake medical work.
      
   2. Any locum agency or out-of-hours service that he is registered with or applies to be registered with (at the time of application).
      
   3. Any prospective employer (at the time of application).
      
   4. The PCT in whose Medical Performers List he is included, or seeking inclusion (at the time of application).
