5. He must confine his medical practice to National Health Service posts in Accident and Emergency medicine, up to and including the level of staff grade, where his work will be supervised by a named Consultant(s).
6. He must seek a report from your supervisor(s) for consideration by this Panel, prior to any review hearing of this Panel.
7. He must not undertake any locum posts of less than one month’s duration.
8. He must inform the following parties that his registration is subject to the conditions, listed at 1 to 7, above:
   1. Any organisation or person employing or contracting with him to undertake medical work

The Panel reviewed the order of suspension made on 25 February 2008 and determined that it should be replaced by an order for conditions for the remainder of the duration of the order (until 24 August 2009): the conditions are as follows:

6. He must not work as a locum or undertake any out-of-hours work.
7. He should formulate a needs based Personal Development Plan to address the issues identified in the performance assessment report.
8. He should seek help from the Postgraduate Dean in addressing his learning needs.
9. 1. He should remain under the supervision of his mentor.
   2. He must seek a report from his mentor for consideration by this Panel, prior to any review hearing of this Panel.
10. He must inform the following parties that his registration is subject to the conditions, listed at (1) to (9), above:
    1. Any organisation or person employing or contracting with him to undertake medical work
       
    2. Any prospective employer (at the time of application)
       
    3. The PCT in whose Medical Performers List he is included, or seeking inclusion (at the time of application)
