The Panel reviewed the order of conditions made on
22 February 2008 and determined that it should be maintained for the remainder of the duration of the order (until 21 August 2009).  The conditions are as follows:

  1. He must notify the GMC promptly of any professional appointment he accepts for which registration with the GMC is required and provide the contact details of his employer.
  2. He must allow the GMC to exchange information with his employer or any organisation for which he provides medical services.
  3. He must inform the GMC of any formal disciplinary proceedings taken against him, from the date of this determination.
  4. He must inform the GMC if he applies for medical employment outside the UK.
  5. He must confine his practise to Foundation 1 training posts in NHS Hospitals.       
  6. He must confine his medical practice to posts within the National Health Service and not undertake any private practice.
  7. He must not work as a locum.
  8. He must only practice under the supervision of a named consultant.
  9. He must not undertake any post without the express consent of the Postgraduate Dean.           
  10. He must seek a report from his supervisor, for consideration by this Panel, prior to any review hearing of this Panel.
  11. He must discuss with the Postgraduate Dean his training and education needs and seek a report on his progress to be submitted to a review hearing of this Panel.           
  12. He must inform the following parties that his registration is subject to the conditions, listed at (1) to (11), above:
    • Any organisation or person employing or contracting with him to undertake medical work;
    • Any prospective employer (at the time of application);

  2. He must allow the GMC to exchange information with his employer or any organisation for which he provides medical services.
  3. He must inform the GMC of any formal disciplinary proceedings taken against him, from the date of this determination.

  5. He must confine his practice to positions below that of consultant grade.
  6. He must confine his medical practice to posts within the National Health Service and not undertake any private practice.

  9. He must appoint a mentor.
  10. He must seek a report from the persons advising the GMC in relation to his fitness to practise, for consideration by this Panel, prior to any review hearing of this Panel.
  11. He must keep his professional commitments under review and limit his medical practice in accordance with the recommendations of the person(s) advising the GMC in relation to his fitness to practise.
  12. He must cease work immediately if the person(s) advising the GMC in relation to his fitness to practise recommend that he does so.
  13. He must inform the following parties that his registration is subject to the conditions, listed at (1) to (12), above:
    • Any organisation or person employing or contracting with him to undertake medical work;
