The Panel reviewed the order made on 29 February 2008 imposing conditions on Dr Bradbury’s registration and directed that the order remain in place until 28 August 2009, to be reviewed in six months. The conditions are as follows:
- She must notify the GMC promptly of any professional appointment she accepts for which registration with the GMC is required and provide the contact details of her employer.
- She must allow the GMC to exchange information with her employer or any organisation for which she provides medical services.
- She must inform the GMC of any formal disciplinary proceedings taken against her, from the date of this determination.
- She must inform the GMC if she applies for employment outside the UK.
- She must seek a report from any of the persons responsible for advising the GMC in relation to her fitness to practise for consideration by this Panel, prior to any review hearing by this Panel.
- She must keep her professional commitments under review and limit her medical practice in accordance with the recommendations of any of the persons responsible for advising the GMC in relation to her fitness to practise.
- She must cease work immediately if any of the persons responsible for advising the GMC in relation to her fitness to practise recommends that she do so.
- She must not prescribe for any member of her family.
- She must inform the following parties that her registration is subject to the conditions, listed at (1) to (8), above:
- Any organisation or person employing or contracting with her to undertake medical work,
- Any locum agency or out-of-hours service she is registered with or applies to be registered with (at the time of application),
- Any prospective employer (at the time of application)

The Panel reviewed the order made on 20 July 2007 imposing conditions on Dr Kansagra’s registration and directed that the order remain in place until 19 January 2009, to be reviewed in six months. The conditions are as follows:
- He must notify the GMC promptly of any professional appointment he accepts for which registration with the GMC is required and provide the contact details of his employer and PCT on whose Medical Performers List he is included.
- He must allow the GMC to exchange information with his employer or any organisation for which he provides medical services.
- He must inform the GMC of any formal disciplinary proceedings taken against him, from the date of this determination.
- He must inform the GMC if he applies for medical employment outside the UK.
- He must confine his medical practice to posts within the NHS and not undertake any private practice.
- Any work that he undertakes in General Practice must be in a group practice of at least three General Practitioners where his work will be supervised by a named senior GP in the practice.
- He will arrange for a mentor to review his management and organisational skills and will arrange for a report to be made available for any future meeting of this Panel.
- He will continue to liaise with the Post Graduate Dean or his deputy regarding his future educational and training needs.
- He must inform the following parties that his registration is subject to the conditions, listed at 1 to 8 above:
- Any organisation or person employing or contracting with him to undertake medical work
- Any locum agency or out-of-hours service he is registered with or applies to be registered with (at the time of application)
- Any prospective employer (at the time of application)
- The PCT on whose Medical Performers List he is included or seeking inclusion (at the time of application).
