The Panel considered the case of Dr Jimenez Milan and determined to impose an order for conditions on his registration for a period of 18 months (until 25 December 2009). The conditions are as follows:
- He must notify the GMC promptly of any professional appointment he accepts for which registration with the GMC is required and provide the contact details of his employer.
- He must allow the GMC to exchange information with his employer or any organisation for which he provides medical services.
- He must inform the GMC of any formal disciplinary proceedings taken against him, from the date of this determination.
- He must inform the GMC if he applies for medical employment outside the UK.
- He must confine his medical practice to general practice posts under the supervision of a Senior General Practitioner.
- He must seek a report from his supervisor for consideration by this Panel, prior to any review hearing of this Panel.
- He should seek the advice of his local Director of Post Graduate Medical Education to help him formulate a personal development plan.
- He must inform the following parties that his registration is subject to the conditions, listed at (1) to (6), above:
- Any organisation or person employing or contracting with him to undertake medical work;
- Any locum agency or out-of-hours service he is registered with or applies to be registered with (at the time of application);
- Any prospective employer (at the time of application).
- The PCT in whose Medical Performers List he is included (or seeking inclusion at the time of application).

- He must allow the GMC to exchange information with his employer or any organisation for which he provides medical services.
- He must inform the GMC of any formal disciplinary proceedings taken against him, from the date of this determination.
- He must inform the GMC if he applies for medical employment outside the UK.
- He must confine his medical practice to posts within the National Health Service and not undertake any private practice.

- He must confine his medical practice to National Health Service posts where his work will be closely supervised by a Consultant(s) specializing in Obstetrics and Gynaecology;
- He must seek a report from his supervisor for consideration by this Panel, prior to any review hearing of this Panel.
- He must not work as a locum or undertake any out-of-hours work or on-call duties.
- He must inform the following parties that his registration is subject to the conditions, listed at (1) to (7), above:
- Any organisation or person employing or contracting with him to undertake medical work;
- Any locum agency or out-of-hours service he is registered with or applies to be registered with (at the time of application);
- Any prospective employer (at the time of application).

The Panel reviewed the order of conditions made on
10 January 2008 and determined that it should remain in place for the remainder of the duration of the order (until 9 July 2009). The conditions are as follows:
- He must notify the GMC promptly of any post he accepts for which registration with the GMC is required and provide the GMC with the contact details of his employer and PCT on whose Medical Performers List he is included.
- He must allow the GMC to exchange information with his employer, or any organisation for which he provides medical services.
- He must inform the GMC of any formal disciplinary proceedings taken against him, from the date of this determination.
- He must inform the GMC if he applies for medical employment outside the UK.
- He must not prescribe for or provide medical care to a relative or anyone with whom he has a close personal relationship.
- He must comply fully with the advice as set out in the General Medical Council publication Good Medical Practice, November 2006.
- He must inform the following parties that his registration is subject to the conditions, listed at (1) to (6), above:
- Any organisation or person employing or contracting with him to undertake medical work;
- Any locum agency or out-of-hours service he is registered with or applies to be registered with (at the time of application);
