Mentor

A mentor is someone who will provide you with guidance and confidential support.

This can be wide-ranging, covering not just clinical work, but also professional relationships and career plans. 

The relationship between doctor and mentor is confidential and we do not therefore expect the mentor to provide reports.

All we need to know is that a mentoring arrangement has been agreed.
