Our Equality Scheme is designed to complement and support our Business Plan and is a firm statement of our intent.

It demonstrates our commitment, not just to meeting legislative requirements, but also to the active promotion of equality and valuing of diversity.

The Equality and Diversity Scheme is a living document that is developed in line with our strategic and business plans.
