Strategy and Policy Board

The Strategy and Policy Board is an advisory forum to support decision making and reporting to Council by the Chief Executive on areas including: 

• supporting Council in strategy development
• policy development priorities and significant changes to existing policy
• external engagement in the organisation's strategy and policy development, including approval of new task and finish or liaison groups
• information and research to support strategy and policy development
• linkage between policy development and legislation.

The Board reports its work to Council through the report of the Chief Executive.
